	Acquiring the Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^®Kyo Sa Certification Study Kit 1 year before you plan to take your Kyo Sa Certification Exam is only the first step upon the path of a Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^® Kyo Sa Certification apprenticeship. Effective January 1, 2008 Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^®Kyo Sa Certification Exams will only be available at National locations designated by the Technical Advisory Committee. Next Scheduled National Kyo Sa Exam August 15-18, 2008 San Diego, Ca

	Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^®Kyo Sa Certification applicants from across the country will come together to be tested on the skills acquired during their Kyo Sa apprenticeship and will also have the opportunity to particiapte in supplemental training designed specifically for Kyo Sa applicants. Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^®Kyo Sa Certification applicants must learn and demonstrate: superior technical knowledge excellent physical performance good instructional skills appropriate for a variety of student learner styles effective classroom management skills clear understanding of the administrative responsibilities that a Kyo Sa assumes upon being certified clear understanding of the TAC's Instructor Certification Maintenance requirements once certified How can an aspiring Kyo Sa be sure that you are learning the skills and acquiring the knowledge to meet the Kyo Sa Certification Requirements that the Technical Advisory Committee will be looking for on your Kyo Sa Certification Exam? How can you be sure you are as effective as possible at transferring your Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^® experience and knowledge to your students? How does a Kyo Sa proceed to open your own dojang? How can you be sure you are familiar with the administrative processes and responsibilities that a Certified Kyo Sa must adhere to? How do you maintain your Kyo Sa Certification in good standing once you are certified?
