| Participants will learn the "Five fundamentals of breaking"and their application to any and all Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® techniques. Participants apply the "fundamentals" to their choice of techniques and striking surfaces, in their choice of simultaneous single, double or triple and series of techniques. | ||||
