  Participants will learn and explore the concept of Dynamic Equilibrium; how to enhance quickness, speed, balance and power; and compensate for the injury and aging factors, while applying these concepts to the performance of various techniques in the different areas of Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® training such as Hyung, Basics and Sparring.(the Seminar instructors are familiar with all of the stages)

Sa Bom Nim Seiberlick and Sa Bom Nim Martinov,

I would like to be included, as a student, in this seminar. I have had 7 knee surgeries and a shoulder rotator cuff rebuild. I feel that this seminar will be of tremendous value to me and others in a similar situation.
