			Participants will learn:  Participants will learn how to rely on themselves rather than any specific technique. Through an enhanced understanding of movement skills, blade awareness and control techniques participants will learn how to transition from standardized practice techniques into spontaneous reaction mode. Concepts covered will include mobility, direction of movement elbow pressure, wrist pressure, as well as when it is appropriate to initiate a "fierce" response to an aggressor. .
