Participants will learn and explore the concept of Dynamic Equilibrium; how to enhance quickness, speed, balance and power; and compensate for the injury and aging factors, while applying these concepts to the performance of various techniques in the different areas of Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® training such as Hyung, Basics and Sparring.(the Seminar instructors are familiar with all of the stages) |
