Standardized Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® Il Soo Sik provides each practitioner with a strong foundation of fundamental concepts, strategies and technical combinations that can be practiced and honed to develop future free-sparring and self defense skills while also opening the door of understanding for a practitioner to explore much more complex and unusual attacker scenarios.

Participants in eXtreme Il Soo Sik will delve into a number of challenging and unusual attacker scenarios beyond those typically prepared for in the dojang and will then explore defensive responses that a Soo Bahk Do practitioner might initiate.

eXtreme Il Soo Sik participants will learn a number of creative strategies, counter moves and control and submission techniques that can be applied in realistic, street style attacker situations.

You will learn the same practical skills that have been taught to a number of law enforcement agencies. 

Participants will come away from this seminar with an enhanced understanding of how to use the foundation of standardized Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® Il Soo Sik to create an unlimited number of pragmatic, responses to any number of unpredictable attacker situations that may be encountered on the street.
