Participants will learn the fundamentals of falling safely and remaining in control and effective from the ground as well as a number of sweeping and take down maneuvers. Combat situations can be unpredictable and we may find ourself losing our balance or falling for any number of reasons during a conflict. In some situaitons, it may even be advantageous to respond from the ground rather than standing. Participants will learn how to remain focused when transitioning from vertical to horizontal combat situations and will learn how to fall safely without injury. Take this seminar today and be more prepared and effective when you engage an opponent, whether standing, falling or rising from the ground. |
