2007-10-"I just completed reviewing all 4 Gup Instructional Training DVD's. In the past I have purchased other (TANG SOO DO) videos not affiliated with Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan and I have to say these tapes are of the highest video quality I've seen on the market, the audio is so good that you can very clearly hear the breathing patterns from each of the masters demonstrations. These instructional videos literally bring the masters into our living room where my daughter and I practice along. As you know this is very important to be able to practice on those days where time constants or family issues prevent the attendance of the studio.
I am currently certified Instructor under the Michigan Dept, of Education. Teaching is what I do for both the Department of Defense and Fire /Rescue services within this state and nationally. I would strongly recommend to any student wishing to perfect forms or techniques to purchase these tapes. (It is money well spent)"
