Participants will learn how to quickly and seamlessly transition an opponent who is launching punching attacks (Il Soo Sik) rather than grabbing attacks, into highly effective wrist and joint lock submissions (Ho Sin Sul)

Participants will learn how to execute Ho Sin Sool techniques without being grabbed first.

Participants will learn effective responses to striking attacks that may not require striking the opponent in order to effectively subdue and control their aggressive beahvior.

There are many instances when a striking, punching or kicking response to an attack may not be desirable and in such cases practitioners who understand how to apply Ho Sin Sool concepts and techniques to counter striking attacks (rather than grabbing attacks) have additional defensive response options available.   

Seminar participants will leave with an increased understanding and working knowledge of how to effectively transition from Il Soo Sik scenarios into Ho Sin Sool scenarios by blending concepts and techniques.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of falling safely and remaining in control and effective from the ground as well as a number of sweeping and take down maneuvers.

Combat situations can be unpredictable and we may find ourself losing our balance or falling for any number of reasons during a conflict.

In some situaitons, it may even be advantageous to respond from the ground rather than standing. 

Participants will learn how to remain focused when transitioning from vertical to horizontal combat situations and will learn how to fall safely without injury.

Take this seminar today and be more prepared and effective when you engage an opponent, whether standing, falling or rising from the ground.
