Trademark Use License

Individuals, Instructors or Studio Owners publically displaying any registered trademarks of the Tang Soo Do / Soo Bahk Do^® Moo Duk Kwan^® martial art system and who hold valid WMDK registration, a valid written trademark use license or an appropriate valid federation membership are protected from federal trademark infringement litigation in which the U.S. Federation has prevailed in 100% of legal actions pursued against infringers.
