Tactical Movement: Balancing Pahl Gwe and Shi Sun in Creative Il Soo Sik Dae Ryun

Participants Will Learn:

Participants will learn to develop an improved sense of awareness of Pahl Gwe (8 Directions) in relation to Shi Sun (Focus of Sight) through sparring applications designed using the principles of Il Soo Sik Dae Ryun.  Additionally, participants will learn to devise a defensive plan based on the opponent’s (one or multiple) direction of attack.
