Practical Application of Il Soo Sik Dae Ryun Using Ho Sin Sool Concepts to Contain your Opponent". Participants will learn to develop an awareness of their opponent's attacking hand positioning that will lead to numerous wrist locks and submissions to contain your opponent and ultimately end the encounter without injury. Additionally, participants will learn the importance of quickness and weight transfer.
