Title: Practical Street Defense

Seminar Is Open To:  All Ranks, Ages 14 and up

Participants Will Learn:  Participants will learn how to modify and apply standardized Il Soo Sik and Ho Shin Sool techniques in street defense situations with emphasis on maintaining personal safety. Instruction to include the following criteria:  

1. Understanding the most common types of attacks faced in real life circumstances.
2. Immediate defensive strategies to avoid a debilitating or knockout blow.
3. Learning pressure points and how to strike them.
4. Techniques that allow for maximum effectiveness with the quickest finish.
