Challenging body positions and unusual stances in hyungs may have purposes and combat benefits that go unexplored by most practitioners during the course of their regular hyung training for rank examinations.

Participants in this seminar will move far beyond ordinary repetition and simple applications and will delve into understanding the effective combat applications hidden within a number of the unique and complex movements found in Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® hyungs.

Participants will gain a much deeper understanding about the motivation and execution of intricate movements found in Soo Bahk Do® Moo Duk Kwan® hyungs as well as the purpose and technical applications behind these movements.

This seminar will give your Hyung training a whole new dimension from this day forward.
